BIG WIZ beat Drake, Kanye West, Lil Nas X, Mega Thee Stallion to win The MOBO 2021 Best International Act, he also comes ahead of Burna Boy and Davido to Emerge Best African Act.
Top Nigerian singer, Wizkid has unlocked another major achievement, following his recent wins at the 2021 MOBO Awards. Wizkid has become the first African artiste to win the award for “Best International Act” and “Best African Act” award in the same night.
Wizkid had previously won the MOBO Awards “Best International Act” back in 2017, but had lost the ‘Best African Act’ to Davido. The recent reclaim of the award for Best International Act and Best African Act by Wizkid, shows the massive growth of the music star as he recently sold out The 02 Arena in London for 3 Nights.
